Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer discount to teams?

Yes, we offer a 10-20% discount based on the number of players on the team.  We will provide a code to the team to use at checkout that will apply the discount to your entire order.  We know how difficult it can be to collect sizes and money for team orders so each play can order individually and have the item shipped directly to them.  Please use the Contact Us form to inquire about your team discount.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Yes, we will gladly accept returns of unworn items with in 30 days of delivery. Please email us at customerservice@fayeandflorie.com and provide your name, order number and items for return or exchange. Shipping costs for returns will be covered by the customer. Once your item is returned and inspected, we will refund the charge to the method of payment minus the original shipping charge and credit card fees. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the item back. F+F will ship the new item(s) at no cost to the customer. Please allow up two billings cycles for your credit to appear on your statement

We do!  We would love to discuss a wholesale relationship with you. Please use the Contact Us form to inquire about the process of becoming a Faye+Florie Partner.

Out of Stock items:

If you see something you like but cannot find your size, please use the Contact Us form to inquire.  We are constantly adding new inventory and restocking and your size may not yet appear on the site if we have it in stock at our facility.
